Понравилось: Достаточно профессиональный и конструктивный прием врача. История пациента: На протяжении уже нескольких лет страдаю болями в суставах и костях. Но диагноз «ревматоидный артрит» на протяжении долгого времени официально не ставился врачами по месту жительства, так как показатели анализов крови не давали положительного результата. Сейчас уже очевидными стали и показатели на рентгеновских снимках суставов. В результате чего я и была направлена в НОКБ им. Семашко к ревматологу Спицыной М. Р. Врач мне показалась достаточно профессиональным человеком. Изучила весь «ворох бумаг» с моими всевозможными анализами, привезенными с собой. И общение было вполне внимательным и конструктивным. (При том, что на прием пациента отводится всего порядка 10-15 минут.) Я почувствовала, что она понимает моё состояние и мои жалобы. Назначила адекватную терапию. [...]

Не понравилось: Отношение к пациенту: хамство, грубость, неуважение к возрасту. История пациента: Я обращалась к этому доктору по направлению из 17 поликлиники, т. к. у нас своего эндокринолога практически нет. С направлением были анализы​. Прием начался с возмущения приема «Гликлазида​ МВ» 30 мг. Оказалось, с ее слов: «Жрать только с них больше хочется». А я их пью уже 20 лет и по назначению эндокринолога, когда он был еще в нашей поликлинике. Слушать этот доктор больного не умеет. Только [...], хамит, обращается на ты. Мои жалобы в документе преувеличены. В общем, хамство, грубость. Мне очень жаль, что в такой серьезной областной больнице работают такие доктора!
