Недоволен. Оформил на сайте заказ. Сайт задал скидку, заказ вышел на 2500. Менеджер позвонила, извинилась, сказала типа ошибка на сайте и заказ будет на самом деле 3300. Так же обрадовала, что код День Земли так же нельзя применить. Сказала, что могу отменить заказ и оформить в приложении и там не будет проблем. Ok! Так и сделал, оформил заказ снова, но в приложении – ценник 2300, добавил ещё позицию одну увеличив заказ до 2600 и заказываю. Звонок - извините, программа неправильно считает и сумма будет 3100. Мне абсолютно наплевать чья ошибка, если вы открыто врёте - это ваши проблемы, а не клиента. МОШЕННИКИ - кратко и понятно, как можно назвать сейчас Нияму. Кстати, ранее такого разводилова от них не было и всегда был доволен не только вкусной едой, но сервисом. Тот же Связной при косяке на своей стороне не отменил заказы. Это и есть признак клиентоориентированности, которой к сожалению нет у Ниямы. К сожалению не рекомендую их никому!!! Кстати, оба разговора записаны, кому нужно могу скинуть или опубликовать, что бы все знали что такое Нияма на самом деле.

Снова пример того, как можно завалить меню всем, что только можно придумать. И при этом полностью потерять качество. Как же владельцы таких заведений не понимают, что невозможно готовить на высоком уровне такое количество блюд. Возможно что-то и будет получаться неплохо, но большинство блюд будет страдать. Что-то по внешнему виду, что-то по вкусовым качествам. Одно дело ставить такой ресторанчик в городе с населением 100 тыс.ч., где выбор куда пойти невелик. Другое дело, ставить его в Москве ...
