Попытался с данной компанией (строго говоря ООО Ниман не существует с 2017 года и работа ведётся от имени ИП Цыганков МВ) заключить договор на отделку сайдингом загородного дома. Располагаются они на данный момент не на Дорожной, а на ул. Адмирала Макарова 8. По заявлениям сторожил частенько к данной конторе приходят посетители в попытке дозвониться до них с проходной и уходят ни сола нахлебавши - это раз! Даже если вы прошли, то подъем на второй этаж, в локацию офиса, перегорожен железной дверью без каких-либо средств вызова (звонок вырван с корнем) - это два! Компетенция менеджера (не буду говорить за всех сотрудников) оставляет желать лучшего. Сориентироваться в смете и объяснить почему и что внесено в указанных объёмах затруднился, не говоря уже об ошибках - три! Нет прайса на работы - четыре! Нет своего транспорта - пять! Даже закрыв глаза на все выше описанное, я получил отказ в корректировке и согласовании текста договора, который в предложенной фирмой интерпретации имеет драконовские условия для заказчика, потенциально лишающие его законных прав и дающие право исполнителю увеличить стоимость проекта от 20% до 45% монопольным решением - шесть! Вишенкой на торте стали сравнения предложений по рынку с ценами на аналогичный объем работ и услуг - даже с учётом 15% (как утверждал менеджер) скидки (!) цена была выше большей на рынке на 15000 рублей. - семь! Пожалуй хватит)) оценивайте сами, есть - ли желание поиграть в эту рулетку. Всем удачи! Я от сотрудничества с ними отказался.

Никогда не связывайтесь с компанией "Ниман". Монтаж сайдинга продолжается седьмую неделю, а конца нет. Один монтажник сбежал, прораб ищет замену почти две недели. Звонки в офис заканчиваются словами: "Вы не брошены, завтра все будет в порядке"
