Персонал грамотный знают свое дело, но продажам им учится и учится. Ситуация произошла неприятная. Заказал ноутбук, позвонили подтвердить заказ и предложили более мощный за этиже деньги я согласился на предложение. Скинули ссылку на предоплату но я решил приехать и оплатить все полностью. Приехал в магазин чтобы оплатить заказ но тут у меня поменялись обстоятельства я спросил можно ли будет забрать заказ с другого магазина в другом конце города? Конечно можно ответил консультант но оплатить его нужно в том же месте где будете забирать. В принципе все логично я согласился и отправился через весь город по пробкам. Приехал почти к закрытию но времени было достаточно, но тут мне отвечают что данного ноутбука нет на складах. Я спросил как так? Разве это возможно? Он час назад был в резерве и ещё должен был находиться в резерве два дня для оплаты. Ответ на свой вопрос я не получил. Позвонил по единому номеру и попытался узнать в чем проблема и бывали у них такие ситуации ранее. На что мне ответили (мы не знаем как так произошло.Позвоните завтра.) Видимо торопилась домой звонил в 18.50. Десять минут до закрытия. Но возмутило то как ответили, не мол мы все уточним, разберёмся и свяжемся с вами, а перезвоните завтра. Вывод : Знание своего товара- 5+ Отношение к клиенту - 2.
