Заказала кресло с доставкой на дом. Привезли брак, с распущенным сидением. Сначала отказывались увозить обратно, мол сами привозите, если хотите возврат. Согласились забрать самостоятельно, когда напоминила про закон о защите прав потребителей. Сейчас уже 2 недели жду возврата за доставку мне бракованного кресла, который мне также по закону о защите прав потребителей должны вернуть, но всё "рассматривают" и по словам оператора "думали", возвращать мне за это деньги или нет, доставка-то была!.. Действительно, это насколько нужно быть стукнутым, чтоб по доброй воле оплатить "покатушки" бракованного кресла. Тянут с возвратом, наверное думают, что я устану ждать и забуду про этот долг. Не советую этот магазин — потратила время, нервы и возможно деньги.
