Вопрос к администрации ТЦ. Сегодня я застряла в лифте, в лифте нет кнопки связи с оператором или администратором, нет номера телефона для связи, не висят правила поведения а случае если лифт застрял, только кнопка с непонятным звуком. Я пробыла в лифте около 30 минут, охрана поднялась ко мне только через 15 минут, через 20 пришел непонятный седовласый мужчина с усами и начал говорить, что я еще возмущаюсь, что они не могут решить вопрос с лифтом, что из-за меня не собираются ломать двери лифт а. Через 30 минут я была свободна, не получив никаких извинений, меня еще обвинили в том, что я кнопку сигнала не нажимала, мужчина с седыми волосами спросил «А что я тороплюсь куда то?». В общем бардак. Измените отношение к людям. – показать
