Три года назад, моя Мама была в этом пансионате. Все было приемлимо, кроме питания. Но тогда хоть с питьевой водой все было налажено. Сейчас в Пансионате питьевую воду не выдают. Стоит один куллер на весь пасионат в столовой. Если нет с собой бутылочки, то пенсионер дрлжен нести стеклянный тяжелый графин и наливать там воду. Хорошо, допустим я тоже за экологию и ежедневная выдача питьевой воды в пластиковых бутылках - это загрязнение окружающей среды. Но выдать за 21 день, один раз воду в бутылочке 0.5 пансионат точно может. А сейчас единственный куллер сломался и уже несколько дней, у пенсионеров и ветеранов ВОВ нет питьевой воды. Ни ужели нельзя купить и иметь хотя бы одну помпу, которую одевают на бутыли,стоимостью в 400 руб??? Людям предлагают воду из под крана кипятить, но чайники в номерах все с густым налетом накипи. Почему пансионат такого уровня позволяет себе издеваться над людьми и никак не решает ситуацию несколько дней??? Полное безразличие и безобразие. Ремонт куллера делается быстро, помпу поставить минута. Но реакция 0. Видимо никто давно не жаловался. А массаж шейно-воротниковой зоны за 8 минут - это что за медицинское новшество?!
