Второй раз сталкиваюсь с хамским отношением сотрудников, оформляющих документы захоронения. В 2024 году ждала оформления захоронения урны более 6!!!! часов, в настоящее время пои полном отсутствии посетителей сижу и жду 2 часа. Хамят.

Приехал со своим инструментом, нужно было подправить памятник и убраться на могиле. Как водиться, на территорию не пускают, выезд на кладбища в свете последних веяний, табу. Охраники предложили обратиться в администрацию, к директору. Директор Павлихин Дмитрий Сергеевич, выслушал и вошёл в положение. После нескольких формальностей, выписали пропуск и я проехал на территорию. Честно скажу, не ожидал. Пока не заехал, искал какой нибудь подвох. Побольше бы таких руководителей. Дмитрий Сергеевич спасибо вам большое!
