Испортили дорогой пуховик (цена 29 тыс. Руб.). Поставили зятяжку (10—15 см). Затяжки на пуховике не было, и это подтверждается договором об оказании услуг (в описании товара про затяжку нет ни слова. если бы была, то сотрудник бы указал). Написала претензию, в ответ написали, что затяжка уже была до сдачи в химчистку. Не рекомендую сюда обращаться. При приёме вещей всегда ставят износ 75%,даже если вещь новая. По телефону врут, то мы вашу претензию не рассмотрели, то рассмотрели, то отправили по почте, то она лежит у нас. Итого: если есть ненужная вещь отдайте её в Никко, они вам её испортят и вы со спокойной душой можете её выбросить.

Сдавала светлое зимнее пальто из синтетики, нужна была срочная химчистка. Почистили хорошо, но оставили сильный запах химии, вывести удалось только через 3 плановых стирки.

Отдала в джинсы укоротить и попросила чтобы обрезали точно так же как и было, в итоге обрезали и сделали бахрому, на вопрос что это, сказали была другая сменщица и ничего сказать не могут. Джинсы выкинуть поскольку если ещё укоротить будут совсем короткие. И за это «подрезание» взяли 800 руб.

Все хорошо. Была у них первый раз. Но мне сделали без скидок, хотя они и были! Очень за это недовольна. Могли бы и указать их здесь. А с одеждой все окей :)

Достоинства: Качественно стирают Недостатки: Цены бы поменьше Комментарий: Чищу вещи с завидной периодичностью. По сравнению с тем, что происходит в других химчистках - эта, действительно качественная химчистка.

Я покупаю и всегда покупала только оригинальные вещи хороших брендов, поэтому к выбору химчистки отношусь с особенным трепетом. Долго выспрашивал по телефону, что и как они делают… В итоге меня убедили, что сделают все хорошо. Если испортят, сказали что вернут двукратную стоимость вещи. Приехали, забрали. Почистили отлично! Ткань на платье жены из натурального шелка, жена боялась появления затяжек, был неприятный опыт, но все сделали правильно и платье чистое, в отличном состоянии!
