Покупал котел газовый bosh 2 года назад на заводской. Пока покупал все хорошо все добренькие ,оформил сервисное обслуживание, гарантию. Вот 8 февраля 2019 года котел выдает ошибку о неисправности диф.реле давления. Я нахожусь на работе в командировке. Жена в панике мороз за 35 ,что делать. Звонит сервисникам, время около восьми вечера и тут началось. Зачем вы звоните, я что сейчас к вам поеду? У вас гарантия кончилась , отстаньте. Сервисника имя Виктор. Жена говорит : я не прошу приехать ,объясните ,что это и что можно сделать? В ответ только грубое отстаньте. Вызвали газовщиков ,разобрались . В общем отношение отвратительное,как будто они бесплатно что-то делают. Человечный нужно быть
