Отвратительный сервис! Отдала утюг в ремонт 5.11.18. Через 2 дня позвонил мастер и нетрезвым голосом сообщил, что ремонт будет стоить 2000..... прошли месяцы... вернее месяц.. на мои неоднократные попытки (часов в 19) выяснить судьбу утюга брали трубку монтеры и посылали к администрации.. сегодня проявила чудеса настойчивости и часов в 11 узнала, что утюг готов и ожидает встречи с хозяйкой с 9.11.18... бинго!!! Люди месяц запинаются об утюг и никому в голову не приходит позвонить и сообщить о готовности заказа!!!!

Здравствуйте Лидия, очень жаль что Вам прищлось ожидать ремонта так долго, не всегда нужные запчасти есть на складе и их приходится заказывать, сроки поставки запчастей от нас не зависят, но мы всегда стараемся максимально сократить время ремонта. О готовности вашего аппарата мы Вам звонили, но не смогли дозвониться и отправили СМС.

Чинил у них недавно усилитель DENON, за диагностику отдал 500 руб, но она потом вошла в стоимость ремонта, что удобно, делали неделю, по стоимости 4200, в официальном сервисе обьявили 6—8 тыс. Вцелом доволен. спс
