В апреле 2018 года был заключен договор с ООО "НИЦ МОСКВА" = НИЦ ЯМАЛ на проведение рентгенофлуоресцентного анализа входящей продукции (труб и свай) на базе Газпром-снабжение в Новом Уренгое сроком на 10 дней. Своё оборудование для анализа у НИЦ отсутствует, а в подписанном с Газпромом договоре его наличие необходимо. По договору НИЦ должен был внести 100% предоплату, но наша компания вошла в положение и отправила специалиста с оборудованием после оплаты 35% стоимости договора. Остальные деньги НИЦ обязался оплатить в кратчайшие сроки. Работа началась, оплата всё время переносилась. На четвёртый день работ было решено проводить измерения и формировать отчёт, но не передавать его Заказчику. О чём было сообщено руководству НИЦ, были получены уверения в том, что до окончания работ оплата будет проведена. В последний день перед вылетом в адрес нашей бухгалтерии были высланы три подтверждённых платёжных поручения, но оплата прошла только по наименьшей сумме, что НИЦ объяснял разными банками отправителями. Как оказалось, после отправки платёжек, НИЦ отменил платежи в нашу сторону, т.е. оплачивать полную стоимость нашей работы изначально не входило в планы. Так же сотрудники НИЦ говорили о задержке заработной платы на 3 и более месяцев. Считаю, что наш опыт общения с НИЦ МОСКВА и отзывы сотрудников, говорят о том, что компания ненадёжна и с охотой решает кассовые разрывы за счёт наёмных сотрудников и контрагентов. В настоящий момент в сторону ООО «НИЦ МОСКВА» отправлена претензия, после чего будем подавать в суд.
