Оставила заявку на сайте. Перезвонила девушка, сказала, что могут назначить подключение на тот же день, ещё раз уточнила мой номер и сказала, что мне предварительно позвонят. Как здорово, подумала я, но слишком рано обрадовалась. Через некоторое время мне перезванивают, говорят, что сегодня не получится, но есть свободное время на завтра. Ну, завтра так завтра, куда деваться. И тут внезапно девушка отключается от меня, что-то выясняет и сообщает, что они не могут подключить меня к интернету, пока не проверят задолженности квартиры. Ну вот почему нельзя было начать с этого??? Я не против проверки, я не против подождать, но делайте все быстрее, и дайте мне конкретные сроки! Меня не очень интересуют внутренние процессы, мне нужен интернет! Я буду платить за него деньги! О сроках проверки мне, конечно, ничего не сказали, на этом мы и попрощались. Казалось бы, я сама звоню, чтобы купить услугу - бери не хочу. А вот не захотели. После этого мне ещё звонили менеджеры, но пользоваться услугами после такого начала как-то не хочется.

Здравствуйте, Виктория! Действительно, у нас есть практика подключения Интернета NEWlink в день обращения. К сожалению, инициатива по проверке долгов КУ поступила от председателя Вашего дома и данный процесс никак не зависел от нас. Со своей стороны, мы оперативно делали перенос подключения и давали Вам обратную связь по происходящей ситуации. Очень жаль, что сложилась такая ситуация. Приносим извинения за неудобства.

пользуюсь уже несколько лет на разных квартирах, хороший стабильный провайдер, выделенный ip без доплат.

Интернет и ТВ, подключен уже более 5 лет. Хороший сервис, отключений и плохой работы нет. Хорошая компания.
