Компания New home group ,я ни чего доброго про работу этой компании не могу сказать!!!! Дом на этапе строительства затопили несколько раз. Одна бригада взяла и уехала в неизвестном направлении. Сроки нарушены по полной программе!!!! Новая бригада работает через день( думают, что у меня тут хостел)!!!! Постоянно какие-то отмазки и ссылки на скрытые пункты в договоре (например пункт 5.3 где не сдав первый этап строительства они не обязаны выплачивать неустойку т.к не нарушены окончательные сроки !!!! Но и их они уже нарушили!!!! Должны были слать дом 23 декабря, а сейчас 9 января). Такого отношения к клиентам я не встречал! Тент просто рванина , которым укрывали дом.

Наталья , я не знаю как Вам строили и что Вы хотели вообще. Мне построили дом САТБЕРИ так класно и с полной отделкой все вовремя и по договору самое главное не надо грешить на компанию и темболее на бригады. Бригады отличные.

Благодарим за Ваш отзыв и оценку нашей компании. Однако хотелось бы добавить что, все работы были выполнены, недостатки устранены в самые быстрые сроки, объект был сдан и вами принят по Акту в котором написано "претензий изамечаний не имею", задержка сроков была возмещена денежной компенсацией в соответствии с договором, который Вы изучали и до приезда в офис и в день когда вы приехали на сделку, так что говорить о скрытых пунктах договора на вряд ли стоит, т.к. менеджер отвечал на все ваши вопросы максимально открыто и развернуто. Сожалеем что сложилась такая ситуация, и будем работать над тем чтобы такого больше не случалось.
