Очень нравится филиал. Появились менеджеры по ДМС, удобно, можно уточнить вопросы, оформится. Врачи по большей части настроены лояльно, идут на встречу. На мой взгляд по сервису лучшая клиника Ульяновска.

Впечатления о клинике неоднозначные. В частности, что касается организационных моментов. Обращался сюда по ДМС. В программе ДМС в данную клинику прямой доступ, но почему-то с меня каждый раз требуют гарантийное письмо. На любой "чих" - тащи гарантийку. Из последних нововведений - отдельный стол регистрации для пациентов с ДМС. На ресепшене два регистратора "курят бамбук", но тебе сюда нельзя, иди за отдельный стол, где в очереди три человека. Бред... Вообще, обращаясь в данную клинику по ДМС, чувствуешь себя каким то ущербным.

Клиника Нева - современная многопрофильная клиника! Обслуживание на высоком уровне. Администраторы- коммуникабельные, грамотные, корректные. Особая благодарность команде врача-эндоскописта Пугачевой Юлии Константиновне! Второй раз приезжаю из другого города, чтобы провести обследование- ФГДС и ФКС под наркозом у этого доктора. Грамотная, проводит все быстро, после процедуры все объясняет, дает рекомендации. Врач- терапевт Кавкаева Т.Ф. тщательно и грамотно провела осмотр перед обследованием, все объяснила. Спасибо также врачу -анестезиологу и мед. сестрам. Всем рекомендую клинику Нева.

Плюсы: стоимость маммограммы 3+т.р. Минусы: Врач отсутствует при проведении исследования и просто заверяет результат. На запросы по телефону отвечает телефонистка из колцентра, которая перенаправляет в другой колцентр при возникновении вопросов.
