Обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего.Невозможно дозвонится до координатора,обратной связи нет от слова совсем.Направили на операцию,а записаться на нее невозможно уже 3й день.

Сын приехал из Москвы ,появилась шишка в промежности,забеспокоились,посетили данную клинику у проктолога Усенко,заранее сделал УЗИ.Посиавлен был неправильный диагноз,геморрой третьей степени,лечился таблетками и свечами,прилетел в очередной раз ,симптомы те же,не лучше,принялись в Медгарде,и о ужас мог быть летальный исход,так как это парапрактит и свищ,требовалась срочная операция,вот так ставят диагнозы в данной клинике,подвергая нас такой опасности!!!!!Не советую!!!

Записалась к врачу,прихожу в назначенное время,а мне говорят,что врача нет и мне не позвонили чтобы сообщить,сидят пять администратора и не одна не смогла позвонить,всем сообщили, только мне одной не позвонили,я в шоке.как будто я из соседнего дома вышла и идти недолеко.

30 мая в 15:35 была на Мрт ВНЧС. При записи не сказали что нужно с собой яблоко. Хорошо что я сама позвонила уточнить время записи. Стоимость процедуры 6500р, но отношения женщины кто делал МРТ как будто я попала в бесплатную поликлинику. Сразу чувствовала какое то пренебрежения что я пришла , никакого сочувствия. Еще и напугала что там все смазано и врач может не увидеть. Потом вслед уже начала диагнозы ставить что возможно это вообще не челюсть а шею проверяйте. Зачем это делать? Обычно говорят все скажет врач. А мне очень тяжело широко челюсть открыть и час лежать и не глотать тоже. В мирте хоть делают перерывы и отношение лучше. Хорошо что все обошлось и мои смазанные записи разглядели и сделали описание, показало что артроз как ранее и ставил невролог.
