Позвонив по телефону на сайте wifire.ru компании Нетбайнет,оператор сказала,что дом не обслуживается, почему тогда в 2ГИС указано,что данный провайдер присутствует?

Это самое УЖАСНОЕ, ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНОЕ качество интернета!!!!!! НЕ ПОДКЛЮЧАЙТЕСЬ если Вам дороги Ваши нервы и деньги, за пол года, что мы пользуемся этим провайдером, мы НИ РАЗУ не получили те 100мб за которые платим!!!! Максим, что мы видим при замерах скорости это 10мб. Но придел всему пришел когда стали получать 0,36мб, а когда звоним чтобы выяснить проблему оператор нас пытается убедить, что это все режит роутер!!!! Такого НАПЛЕВАТЕЛЬСКОГО отношения к клиентам я не видела ни когда! К нам уже 4 ра за приезжал мастер, после которого пару часов интернет работает нормально, а потом снова здорово!!!! При попытке дозвониться до операторов приготовьтесь расстаться со своими деньгами на телефоне тк оператора и ремонтника мы ждём минут по 20. Я человек обсолютно не конфликтный и не любящий ругаться, но связавшись с этой компанией я узнала много новых слов о наличии которых и не подозревала в своем словарном запасе!!!! А если Вы всё-таки дозвонились до оператора и вызвали ремонтника, приготовьтесь, что он не приедет вовремя или хотя бы а этот день, Вам любезно перезвонит оператор и скажет о том, что мастера не будет! Не выдержав в 4 раз такого поворота, наорав на них, я увидела мастера на своем пороге через 30 минут! Вопрос, почему 30 минут назад мастер не мог ко мне прийти?! В общем если Вам дороги Ваши нервы, деньги и время НЕ ПОДКЛЮЧАЙТЕСЬ к этому провайдеру!!!!! – показать
