О том, что на входе, чтобы купить пару упаковок капсул, нужно брать номерок(!) узнал от продавца, простояв минут 10 в очереди. Причём это он говорил людям, которые пришли передо мной. Дальше продавцы на весь зал кричат номер). Но мой почему-то пропустили, стали называть следующий. На вопрос, девушка сказала, что давно ходила по залу и искала меня (?). Короче, в компании завёлся "эффективный менеджер". Но кофе я все равно купил, оно там все-таки вкусное.

В бутике Nespresso, всегда гипервежливый и внимательный персонал, готовый помочь и рассказать про сорта кофе. Обстановка располагает к неспешной дегустации и выбору, подходящего именно Вам, вкуса кофе. На кануне праздников проводятся акции с подарками, что несомненно приводит к большим очередям. Но эту ситуацию сглаживает электронная очередь, поэтому можно спокойно прогуляться по торговому центру и позже вернуться за кофе ))) Всем советую!!!

Здесь работает чудесный персонал. Я знаю, что у Nespresso фишка в сервисности консультантов, и будьте уверены, что с каким бы вы не обратились вопросом, вас обслужат, как лучшего и любимейшего клиента. Здесь можно продегустировать кофе, услышать увлекательный рассказ о нем, купить отличную кофе-машину, кофе в капсулах с разнообразными вкусами (есть, например, сезонные вкусы, а есть классические, пользующиеся популярностью у многих), есть особенные Nespresso-печеньки и шоколадки. Я заходила сюда за подарком, мне дали с собой кучу разных буклетов, о кофе и кофемашинах. В общем, отличный бутик, множество причин зайти сюда. Не забудьте на входе взять талончик, так вы быстрее попадете к консультанту.
