Магазин не выполняет обязательства по гарантии. Продает не качественный товар. Покупали вторую коляску для путешествия в этом магазине, нужна была компактная и лёгкая, решили сэкономить и взять из среднего ценового сегмента. Гарантия месяц. Коляской пользовались по назначению, там где не едет переносили с мужем, не насиловали ее, и были вполне довольны в путешествии. В первые дни отлетели болты которые держат капюшон (бампер) коляски, вкрутили свои новые, так же выпадало крепление, которое держит колесо, и на ровном месте колесо просто слетало, искали деталь на земле несколько раз, вставляли обратно, не беда, но на 7 день использования треснула рама!!! В гарантии почти никакой случай не является гарантийным (ни колеса, ни отлетевшие крепления)! Но рама является гарантийным случаем. Обратились в магазин по гарантии. Ни ответа ни привета в течение 3х дней, пока сама не позвонила и не заехала. Мне вручили письмо с ответом, что мол сами виноваты и не правильно эксплуатировали коляску. По нашей вине рама сломалось. Ремонтировать будут только за нас счёт, цена ремонта-30% от стоимости, а если не согласны, то можно отправить на экспертизу, и если экспертиза подтвердит их версию то мы должны будем заплатить ещё и за экспертизу, хранение и транспортировку. Что себе дороже. В общем больше в этот магазин не ногой. Получается что почти все случаи вашей поломки будут не гарантийными, а если и гарантийными, то вы сами виноваты. На мой взгляд это значит никакой гарантии! Поставят прутики вместо рамы, а потом когда ломаются, говорят что сами виноваты. Не рекомендую этот магазин.
