Мой папа 69 лет, инвалид 2 гр, был записан на холтеровское мониторирование, приняли, оплатили и уехали, утром следующего дня приехали снимать холтер и тут оказывается он у них не рабочий , ничего не получилось записать. И началось, дошли до главного врача, который разводит руками, пожимает плечами и говорит: такое бывает! Но при этом даже не извинился! В смысле бывает , вы медицинское учреждение имеете лицензию , аппараты имеют регистрационное удостоверение, проходят поверку, перед установкой пациенту, Вы обязаны проверить на исправность, поменять батарейки, а Вы ненадлежащим образом оказали МЕДИЦИНСКУЮ услугу

Часто пользуемся с семьей услугами данной сети клиник. Приехали на прием 06.10.2026 запись на 15:30, регистраторы всегда просят приехать за 15 минут раньше приема для оформления документов. Задержка записи произошла на 15 минут, итого с раним прибытием 30 минут ожидания! Это хуже, чем в муниципальных больницах! Мы с маленьким ребенком в машине сидим 30 минут просто ожидая задержки приема. 1. Зачем вы просите приехать раньше? 2. Если человек опаздывает и задерживает прием других людей почему вы допускаете его? При этом не уважая время других людей! В данный момент время это самый важный ресурс, который занятые люди рассчитывают и планируют свой день! Считаю, что это не уважение к своим пациентам.
