Клуб низкой ценовой категории со всем вытекающими последствиями — несовременное оборудование, дорожки бьются током, маленькие помещения, зеркала с трещинами и т.д. И тренеры дающие упражнения показываемые «звездами» ю-туба. Отзанималась персонально — тренер давал несбаллансированную несистемную нагрузку без учета индивидуальных особенностей здоровья, в результате еще больше заболела спина и появились боли в шее.

Занимаюсь в клубе два года. Очень приятный персонал, тренерский состав на высоком уровне, всегда помогут, если попросить подскажут, и по питании и по упражнениям, даже если ты у них не брал тренировки, тренажеры на высшем уровне, для такой стоимости абонемента (бывают скидки и до 17000р за год) Кардиозона имеет: 10 беговых дорожек, степпер тренажер, особенно понравились велотренажеры, 4 эллипсоида. Достаточно большой зал для групповых занятий. Особенно оценил профессионализм и индивидуальный подход инструкторов по боевым искусствам, которые участвуют в соревнованиях и занимают первые места. Вечером после занятий можно самому постучать в свое удовольствие по груше. Раздевалка и душ в полном порядке. Так же имеется спорт-бар в котором могут приготовить не только протеиновые коктейли, но и очень вкусные и полезные блинчики))) В "час пик" людей не очень много очередей на тренажеры не замечал, очень радует, что клуб круглосуточный и можно заниматься до поздней ночи, когда народу практически нет. Бросай курить и дуй в Неофит! Пока суставы не заржавели)

Начала ходить в этот зал с апреля 2019 года. Всё очень нравится! Конечно небольшие недочеты есть, но они мне проблем не доставляют. Сто процентно советую посетить!
