Специалист уклончиво отвечал на вопросы об условиях скупки. Новые ювелирные украшения пытался принять как б/у и написать, что присутствуют потертости и царапины, на вопрос о данной проблеме говорил, что так нужно(что не является таковым), отказался комментировать уменьшение цены.
