Никому не советую связываться с этим агентством. В декабре пытался снять комнату с "Великим Городом", пришли с агентом на квартиру, посмотрели, хозяйка - женщина в возрасте, всех все устроило, оставили залог 10 тыс. (5 - хозяйке, 5 - агентству, подписали бумагу с печатью агентства, где было написано, что в случае отказа от заселения арендодатель обязан вернуть залог в двойном размере) с тем, чтобы через три дня заключить договор. Через три дня приходим на эту квартиру с агентом, агент при этом сообщил, что он несколько раз связывался с хозяйкой квартиры и согласовывал время нашего прихода. Однако мы оказались перед закрытой дверью, простояли там какое-то время и никто нам дверь так и не открыл, связаться в этот момент с хозяйкой уже не получилось. В следующие два дня я с тем же агентом ходил на просмотр в пару других квартир, но никаких приемлемых вариантов мне не показали. В результате снял комнату с другим агентством. В Великом Городе мне пообещали что деньги, которые я заплатил в залог мне вернут 100%, что хозяйка той квартиры - их постоянный клиент и она "на контакте". Через какое-то время я позвонил в это агентство с вопросом, что с моими деньгами, на что мне ответили, что агент, с которым я ходил, уволился, а проблему с деньгами и с хозяйкой квартиры я должен решать самостоятельно. Естественно, в этой квартире меня встречает закрытая дверь, а звонить бесполезно. Я нисколько не удивлюсь, если это агентство с хозяйкой находятся в сговоре и таким образом "зарабатывают" деньги. Сейчас думаю, стоит ли подавать в суд, бумага со всеми реквизитами у меня есть, к тому же есть диктофонная запись, когда эта бумага составлялась.
