Не понравилось отношение персонала. Год наблюдались здесь платно по программе, водили ребёнка, вызывали врача на дом, ставили привики ( отдали вам кучу денег и были постоянными ,так скажем ,клиентами), иногда возникали моменты, но продолжали ходить. В очередной раз записались к неврологу (ребёнка). Думаю, всем понятно, что к неврологу ребёнка просто так не ведут. Ребёнок идти к врачу не хотел, немного опоздали. По приходу с нами даже не поздоровался администратор и со словами: опоздали ???? Даже не подняла на нас голову, ну заходите, за вами уже другие пациенты ( хотя никого ещё и не было). Да мы все понимаем, опоздали, виноваты, мы могли бы и не заходить, но видя бьющегося в истерике ребёнка ... не понятно такое отношение персонала в ДЕТСКОЙ КЛИНИКЕ. Врач, которая вышла на входе, со словами: вы ко мне ???? Развернулась со словами , о , господи. Конечно, с таким подходом к врачу даже заходить не стали. Я ребёнка в платную клинику для этого и веду , чтобы а) видеть доброжелательное лицо персонала, б) видеть врача, который на истерику ребёнка реагирует нормально.

Здравствуйте! Спасибо за ваш отзыв! Очень жаль, то случилась подобная неприятная ситуация и у вас остались негативные впечатления от посещения нашей детской клиники. Для нас это необычная история, наши администраторы и персонал всегда доброжелательны к пациентам и уж тем более к детям. Мы делаем все возможное , чтобы маленьким пациентам было у нас комфортно. Мы обязательно поговорим с доктором и администратором и разберем сложившуюся ситуацию. Желаем вам здоровья!

Вежливый персонал. Хорошая доступность. Объясняют доходчиво. Чистота поддерживается. В целом приятное впечатление.
