Отвратительное обслуживание, попахивающее советским хамством. Пришел менять доллары, которые у меня остались после путешествия, на рубли. Встретили без приветствия, отпустили странный менторский комментарий по поводу банкнот "банкноты мятые, как же вы так к валюте-то относитесь?", хотя я постарался тщательно разгладить банкноты перед передачей и был предельно вежлив. Отказались по непонятным причинам взять одну банкноту. Настроение абсолютно испортилось после общения с такими банковскими работниками.

Очень хочется выразить благодарность кассиру кстовского филиала НБД-банка. Очень извиняюсь, что не запомнила имя этой симпатичной девушки. В последний день перед вылетом во Вьетнам и в слегка взбудораженом состоянии серого вещества обращалась с обменом валюты и забыла в кассе паспорт (вспомнила и снова поежилась) остаток вечера провела в предвкушении отпуска. и через пять минут после закрытия банка вдруг поняла, что ПАСПОРТА НЕТ! муж ездил, звонил, пытался организовать) я рыдала, кляла себя, билась головой о стену) в разгар страстей в домофон позвонили... спасибо вам еще раз, милая девушка, что вам не было в тягость проявить участие!! а еще в НБД стабильно лучший курс по обмену валюты. Это абсолютно объективно.
