Фото магазинов шикарны, геолокация тоже, надо полагать обслуживание в магазинах достойное. Но я хочу дать отзыв интернет маназину Naumi . Начнем с заказа, на сайте дана не правильная информация об остатке размеров, и представлены модели которых нет в природе, это первое. Когда делала заказ - звонила консультанту Светлане, и под ее чутким руководством делала заказ. В итоге: прислали совершенно другой артикул , при этом обвинив меня в том что я не правильно сделала заказ. В дальнейшем разговоре, когда я указала, что хочу именно ту модель, которую я заказывала,а не ту что мне прислали, управляющая магазина сказала, что этой "модели не сущесвует в природе". Отличный жаргон для управляющей! Возникает вопрос: 1) почему на сайте представлены модели "не существующие в природе"? 2) зачем вы принимаете заказ на несущесвующую модель и размер и цвет??? 3) зачем приняв заказ на одну модель/артикул вы высылаете совершенно другую (похожую по цвету) ? Это что, стратЭгия магазина? Принимать заказы на то чего нет в наличии высылать то что есть на авось покупатель не захочет возиться с возвратом?? И сокрушаясь носит то что прислали??? Прошу обратить внимание владельцев этого бренда ( не управляющих, а именно владельцев) на данную стратегию интернет магазина! Это полное фиаско! Прошу учесть что речь идет об обслуживание в интернет магазине! А так же уважаемые будующие покупатели, прежде чем заказывать интернет доставку в этом магазине , подумайте! Наврятли вы получите именно то что заказывали!
