Очень грамотные и отзывчивые сотрудники. Получила предварительную информацию по экспертизе обуви сначала по телефону, затем, более полную, уже в офисе.

Спасибо за отзыв. Мы стараемся детально объяснить какие шаги нужно сделать перед проведением экспертизы и после нее. Важно чтобы заключение помогло вернуть товар не надлежащего качества.
