Отличный магазин. Огромный ассортимент тканей по адыкватным ценам. Здесь можно найти и бюджетный вариант и ткани премиум класса. Магазин разделен на три отдела: шторы, ткани и фурнитура. Из недостатков- это неудобное расположение. Торговый центр 4dali. И хамское отношение персонала. В отделе штор отсутствуют цены а на просьбу озвучить стоимость продавец заявила, что она не собирается искать каждый понравившейся вариант. В отделе фурнитуры отношение примерно такое же. В последний раз два продовца 15 минут выбирали пуговицу с одним покупателем, и на возмущение остальной очереди заявляли, что они заняты. Поблагодарить хочется только ребят зала тканей, работают быстро, вежливы. Отдельное хочется рассказать про интернет магазин. В нелегкое время самоизоляции онлайн магазин с первого взгляда работает хорошо. Но у меня возникли небольшие трудности, ниток нужного номера в интернет магазине не оказалось, хотя в магазине они точно оставались, была перед самым закрытием на карантин, позванила аператору, приятная девушка уверела что в этом нет проблемы, обещала перезвонить с другого телефона что бы сделать закащ через вайцап. Но ни сразу после, ни в течении дня звонка так и не последовало. Пришлось сделать заказ в другом месте, видимо у влцадельцев этого магазина достаточно клиентов и без нас.
