Перед зимой 2013 года, как говорится совсем свеженькие события,заказал я окна у этой небольшой фирмочке из 2-х человек. ПРИВОЛОКЛИ они эти окна из так называемого профиля ТИССЕН ФАВОРИТ, а выяснилось потом ,что такого профиля давно не существует-его сняли с производства, да и к проходимцам этим не дозвониться и по уканному фиктивному адресу естественно их нет. ВОТ что значит не послущался совета приятелей позвонить в ДОСТОЙНЫЕ ЕВРООКНА и всё было бы профессионально без обмана и с хорошего профиля и не перекошенные.так ,что долго я ждал этот подарок,после оговоренного срока ещё месяц и то привезли когда лопнуло терпение и пригрозил полицией к тому-имели наглость и цену ещё задрать мол за какую-то неучтёнку.А теперь и вовсе пропали. В налоговой сказали ,что за год это гте-то 6 или 7-й их случай. Мораль такова-не связывайтесь по листовкам-попадёте как Я !!!!

Началось как всегда отлично , ласковый менеджер, замерщик ( правда на мои расспросы про профиль , что то невнятно бормортал сошлись на том что вроде нормальный ). Договор заключили 3 окт. срок выполнения 18 окт. 17 вечером кто то позвонил и сказал что они про мой заказ забыли , и перенесли на 22-23 окт. дни пролетели незаметно , но ни ответе ни привета..., после звонков на фирму сроки сдвинулись на 26-е. 26 дней делать одно окно это как то несерьезно , если конечно на коленках профиль не гнут. Менеджеры к моему телефону не подходят, то обедают, то курят...Видимо самый смак ещё впереди---- МОНТАЖ...(

Приезжал мастер из этой фирмы, замерил все окна (4 штуки) для установки сеток (антикошка), на следующий день приехал в оговоренное время и установил. Все великолепно сделано, быстро. Мастер вежлив, ухожен. Остались только положительные ощущения!
