Ни в коем случае, не покупайте премиум. После оплаты премиум аккаунта, сразу блокируют ваш аккаунт. На все письма и звонки отвечают "Служба безопасности заблокировала ваш аккаунт". Причин блокировки не называют. Деньги не возвращают. Потом просто кидают в блек лист.

Не понятно только, как от каких-то "пользователей" могут поступить жалобы, если я не кому не успел написать или позвонить. Вы просто удалили аккаунт, как только получили деньги. А в ваших условиях пользователя четко прописано, что я никому ничего не должен предоставлять (в пунктах "2. Описание услуг" и "7. Ограничение ответственности"): "Компания НашаНяня.ру не будет вовлечена в соглашение, заключаемое между работодателем и работником. НашаНяня.ру не проводит интервью и не проверяет наличие и подлинность информации или документов, размещаемых на сайте работодателями и соискателями."

Ресурс Наша няня с одной стороны неплохой, резюме много, навигация удобная, но мне так не хватает видеоинтервью. Согласитесь, ведь иной раз мало прочесть резюме, нужно и видеть перед собой человека, составить о нём первое впечатление. Я наткнулась на похожем сайте на этот функционал и была приятно впечатлена. Но вдвойне приятно, что hhelpers (так называется тот сайт) в отличие от Нашей няни бесплатный, а плюсы (резюме, навигация) те же и даже больше.
