Абсолютно все ужасно. Самый худший хостел из всех, где мы жили. По порядку. 1. Персонал грубый и не приветливый. Не предоставил никакой необходимой информации 2. В комнате на двоих очень грязно, там, кажется, никогда не убирались. Слой пыли 5 см. Под кроватью валяются окурки и дохлые насекомые. Ночью проснулись от того, что по нам бегал таракан. 3. Самое ужасное - это ванная. Воды горячей не было вообще, тёплой - тоже. Лишь иногда бежала не ледяная вода. Все покрыто плесенью, воняет невозможно. Мыла нет. Полотенца грязные, застиранные и с пятнами. Иногда читаешь такие комментарии и думаешь, что люди просто сильно придираются, но поверьте, это все объективно. Избегайте этого места. Заплатите лучше лишних 500 рублей или снимите хостел подальше от Красной площади, так будет намного лучше. Napoleon Hostel, вы испортили нам настроение. Вопрос в том, почему у них неплохой рейтинг на Букинге и стоимость 1700 за этот ужас. Просто отвратительная ночлежка

Администратор не очень приятная девушка. В нашем номере не было горячей воды, а в общем душе не было холодной. В душе плесень. В номере плохо убрано, под кроватью-грязь,пыль и сигареты. Плюс только в удобном местоположении и приемлемых ценах
