На сайте написано запчасть в наличии, приехал, сказали под заказ, склад закрыт. Поэтому минус

Добрый день. Извините за неудобства. У нас есть основной магазин и склад, видимо необходимый Вам товар оказался на складе. Будем стараться исправить эту проблему

Из наличия, проверив на месте, наверное, можно брать. Работа под заказ как обычно. Кольца были, но "продали вот буквально вчера". Потом ждал 2 недели новые кольца, которые "пришли, но не те". Потом еще через три недели пришли нужные кольца. Начали собирать двигатель - прокладка ГБЦ не подходит, не подходят вкладыши. Итого, вместо покупки на Али за, по сути, те же деньги и со сроком в три недели - пляски с бубнами. На претензию со вкладышами ответили, что нужных у них нет. Просто нет и всё. Прокладку - вообще проигнорировали.
