Первый раз был неудачный в прошлом году, но сегодня это нечто пришла на маникюр с покрытием шеллак просидела почти 3 часа и что а то что ничего не сделали, все ногти затекли обработка ногтей отвратная с дизайном вообще беда у них, админ не особо желает разбиратся и решать проблемы сотрудников без рук!! Никому не советаю! Хуже салона не встречала!

Достоинства: Хожу в этот салон уже два года! Делаю маникюр и педикюр у топ-мастеры Айзы. Каждый раз в восторге. Мы вместе придумываем интересные дизайны и сочетания цветов. Держится и маникюр и педикюр очень долго без сколов и трещин. В период самоизоляции сама снимала маникюр через 2 месяца (настолько все качественно делают). Так же очень радует карта лояльности. За каждые 3 посещения какой-то подарок (то снятие бесплатно, то дизайн, то френч). И если подарок не подходит, то просто делают скидку. Салону ставлю 10 из 10. И надеюсь будут радовать клиентов еще долгие лета.

Не люблю писать плохие отзывы, но вынуждена, за месяц позвонила и записала, на конкретную, дату себя и маму на маникюр и педикюр в салон на сходненской. За несколько дней до назначенной даты, перезваниваю чтобы уточнить все ли в порядке и оказывается, что мамина запись есть, а моей нет от слова совсем. Мало того, когда я звонила первый раз меня девушка убедила что в один день могу сделать и педикюр и маникюр, когда же звонила второй раз девушка с которой разговаривала была очень удивлена что мне предложили все сделать в один день. Записывалась не просто так, а перед торжеством — свадьбой, как итог, осталась с носом.Очень неприятный осадок остался, не ходила сюда ранее, решила первый раз пойти и вот такой результат, для себя решила, что и впредь не стану обращаться в этот салон, раз такое отношение к клиентам. – показать
