Уютная студия, предложили чай/кофе. Делала аппаратный маникюр у мастера Лаиды, все понравилось.

Первый раз всё было прекрасно. Была у Ферузы 30.12. Относила наращенные с учетом моей физической работы(товаровед в рознице) целый месяц без единого нарекания! Безумно благодарна ей. Но вот второй раз оставляет желать лучшего. Сказали, что она больше не работает там(хотя при посещении изменили свой ответ и теперь она приезжает под клиентов🤦🏾‍♀️, ну спасибо, очень вовремя) я и решила рискнуть и пойти к другому мастеру, а зря. Хочется плакать, честно. Казалось бы, сделала нормально(другой мастер) 28.01.22. При выполнении работы постоянно просила перепроверить ногти, мне казалось они сломаны, в чем мастер меня разубедила, а я повелась. На следующий же день гель-лак С УКРЕПЛЕНИЕМ начал отходить от самого ногтя на нескольких пальцах, потом и вовсе отвалился.(первые два фото, на втором кстати прекрасно видно, что ноготь таки был сломан!) через неделю отвалилось ещё несколько, сейчас без слез не взглянешь. Салон отреагировал после жалобы в ватс ап. Да, отреагировали…переводом 560ти рублей на карту за ноготь. (Вся работа, если не считать скидки в 1000р, которую мне посчастливилось вытянуть в предыдущее посещение обошлась в 3500) ТРИ ПЯТЬСОТ!!! У меня до сих не укладывается в голове. Извините, но от несправедливости разрывает изнутри. P.S.: да, салон предлагал приехать, всё снять и вернуть деньги, но ни времени, ни возможности, ни, тем более, желания уже не было.

Была у вас в студии уже три раза. Очень довольна работой девочек Шахиризада и Лаида. Носила по месяцу . Все инструменты стирильны,доставали при мне. Выбор лаков большой. И кофе супер . Очень уютно у вас.
