Была сегодня в nailbox на речном вокзале. Не очень приветливая сотрудница. Когда забыла докупить, то что хотела и снова подошла, девушка с возмущением достала товар и недовольно его пробила. А так в целом магазин не плохой

Неквалифицированный персонал и постпродажный сервис отсутствует совсем. Работают по принципу "Лишь бы продать",а что будет дальше-не интересно. Приобретала там товары для маникюра,в том числе и ножнички для кутикулы фирмы "YOKO". Во-первых, девушка-продавец/консультант в магазине у м.Сходненская не могла внятно ответить на мои вопросы и грамотно проконсультировать по товару. Она не знала ни характеристик,ни отличий материалов. Во-вторых, у ножниц после 3-тьего использования отломился край лезвия.Судя по всему,-заводской брак. Я позвонила в магазин и хотела разобраться в этом вопросе,чтобы либо обменять,либо отремонтировать их,-если возможно. Меня сначала неделю кормили завтраками и обещали перезвонить.Так и не перезвонили.На очередной сой звонок управляющая интернет-магазином сказала,что обмен не может быть произведен и что ремонт/заточку я должна делать за свой счет. Больше я покупать материалы в этом сомнительном магазине не буду.
