приятненькиий, аккуратненький салон, все очень хорошо оформлено, отличные цены. мастера великолепные, все сделали быстро и красиво, обязательно вернусь сюда

Наверное, мой последний раз. Записалась из-за близости с домом. Делали маникюр очень больно. Пару раз хотелось выдернуть руку. Заранее предупредила мастера, что на двух пальцах практически не растёт кутикула и срезать кожу там аккуратно или вообще не надо. В итоге обкромсали эти 2 пальца, что второй день кровят и нарывают.

Сеть салонов посоветовала подруга, решила у них сделать маникюр. По телефону, когда я записывалась, мне озвучили одну стоимость, по итогу у меня вышла совершенно другая, с разницей 600р.- это первое, что меня смутило. Про сервис и обслуживание я промолчу, конечно за такие цены клиентоориентированность должна быть на другом уровне. В третьих, работа, а точнее запил ногтей, мастера меня повергла в шок(чуть позже, изначально, в процессе работы, я не обратила внимание)! Это разве такая работа должна быть у мастера??? Может быть девушка спешила, может «рука дёрнулась», но я даже на коррекцию не вернусь в этот салон. – показать
