Здравствуйте. Это не отзыв, это больше просьба к руководству этой точки. Вчера ходила на маникюр в это заведение, что в ТЦ «Мандарин». Запись была на 19:30. Посадила «мастер» Юлия меня в 20:00. Ну ладно, думаю, мало ли, может предыдущая клиентка задержалась. Я озвучила форму и желаемую длинну. И тут началось. Трясущимися руками Юлия приступила. Мезинец пилила долго, в итоге спилила всё под корень. Я сказала, что так коротко не нужно. Та приступила к следующему пальцу. Пилила долго, итог — расс лоённый бесформенный ноготь. Форму она так и не смогла выпилить. Я сказала, что не рискну продолжать, извинилась встала и ушла. Мне хотелось плакать, от того, что она сотворила.Ребята, это позорище!! Разве можно сажать таких «мастеров» и не предупреждать, о том, что сейчас я подопытный кролик, на котором оттачивает мастерство неумёха. Или это от жадности? Клиентских кресла ведь 4, значит должны быть заполнены? Это провал. Естественно, туда я больше не вернусь и другим не советую. Руководству желаю научиться ценить имя компании и не пятнать его такими горемастерами. – показать

Ксения, добрый день.Спасибо за отзыв!Хотим принести извинения и очень жаль, что посещение нашего салона оставило у Вас негативные эмоции.На данный момент, в салоне работают только опытные мастера.
