У меня был позитивный опыт сотрудничества с компанией " Перспектива 24". Огромная благодарность Романовой Наталье за ее профессионализм и четкие рекомендации. Она помогла моим родственникам с расселением, т.е. продала большую квартиру и достаточно быстро купила две маленьких. Очень важно, когда сотрудник четко имеет план работы и четко понимает, как работает вся система! Это избавило моих стариков от ненужных нервных переживаний. А мне , в свою очередь, помогла купить недвижимость , используя мой материнский капитал. Сложность сделки заключалась в том, что я не проживаю постоянно на территории России и этот факт делал практически невозможным мою затею. Но, мы преодолели все трудности! Очень благодарна Наталье!

Что это вообще за шарашкина контора? Считают себя последней инстанцией в сделках! Утверждают, что Росреестр не проверяет на подлинность документы, они пропускают фальшивые свидетельства, а вот агенты Перспективы 24 единственные, кто проверяет всю подноготную обеих сторон, анализ крови и прочее, интересно, тоже берут?! Стращают какими-то обманами кругом и везде, оказывается и у нотариуса нас обманывают. Предлагают сделку закончить обременением, только после получения свидетельства, а затем снятия обременения передать продавцу денежные средства. Столкнулись с таким идиотизмом впервые. В общем посмеялись мы с этой конторки, чего только ненаговорили нам ради выкачки денег, ну вас нафиг! Больше не ногой в сомнительные организации.
