Оценку ставлю call-центру. Позвонила, записалась на узи, цена была озвучена 1700₽ у данного Узиста. После оказания услуги цена выросла на +800₽. Не стала выяснять, так как осталась довольна приемом. Если у вас варьируются цены, научите своих сотрудников говорить, что цена будет «от» определенной суммы, а не называть точную, так как я переспросила 2 раза.

Посетила сие заведение, приехала заранее почитав отзывы. Во первых не предупредили что нужны документы с собой. Но что меня ужаснуло, меня отправили не в тот кабинет. Я потратила уйму времени на ожидание. После чего на ресепшене девочки разговаривали по телефону и не хотели на меня отвлекаться , но я донесла до них что меня отправили не туда. Никто даже не извинился!!! Сам доктор хорошая. Прошло все хорошо! А вот с ресепшн вам нужно поработать !
