Пишу с аккаунта мужа. Некомпетентный эксперт по обуви, разговаривает фразами типа: - "Обувь качественная, это Вы туфли носить не умеете. Я вот тоже не умею, так и не ношу". Обувь используется либо по назначению, либо не по назначению. ВСЕ!!! Никаких там "по назначению, но какой-то неправильной поступью". - "Смотрю, в кроссовках ходите, в туфлях Вам конечно непривычно". А это дедукция подъехала, вылившаяся в предвзятое отношение. А пришла бы я в роликовых коньках, какой вывод сделала бы эксперт??? - "Ну чего Вы придираетесь? Нормальная обувь, что-то уж как ювелир под лупой рассматриваете. Я вообще не вижу на что Вы показываете". - "Не надо мне рассказывать что туфли других брендов таких дефектов не имеют, мы не сравниваем, сейчас только эту пару рассматриваем". Не, ну правильно, только и пяти минут не прошло как "эксперт" достала туфли другого клиента и принялась ими трясти, непрерывно сравнивая с моими. - "Вы вот знаете что материал неустойчив к истиранию, а зачем тогда такую обувь купили, ммм?" Ну это ..., товарищи. Покупатель не обязан ничего знать!!! Так, к слову, я об этом узнала только когда дефект обнаружился. Ну и подытожила фразой: - "В заключении напишу что вижу (т.е. ничего, хорошего для меня). А Вы пререкаетесь много". Экспертную организацию выбирал магазин "Эконика", уверена что такая безолаберность магазин полностью устраивает и вообще можно поставить под сомнение независимость "эксперта", такую-то ахинею нести причина нужна.
