Вчатления очень плохие. Начальник цеха, мастера , начальник производства следят за телефонами вместо того чтобы обеспечивать людей работой. Они устраивают слежку за операторами , то есть неприятно работать в таком коллективе и месте где начальник в любой момент подкрадывается из за спины и смотрит не заглянул ли ты в телефон. Не здоровая абсолютно вещь.
