Понадобилось сделать УЗИ. Нашёл в Яндексе "центр на Минской". Записался онлайн. На 2.06 за день до приёма позвонили и сказали, что врач на экзамене. Хоть было и не удобно, так как хотелось быстрее узнать результат и начать лечение, но согласился перенести на 4.06. За день до приёма подтвердили запись. В день УЗИ, за час до приёма, позвонили и сказали, что у них опять какие-то обстоятельства и приём отменяется! Предложили очередной раз перенести ещё на неделю!!! Это платные услуги! Что за отношение! Не советую данную клинику и врача.

Обратилась к Елене Ивановне как к сурдологу с жалобой на тиннитус (шум в ухе). Моей целью было разобраться в причине или хотя бы исключить какие-либо опасные состояния, которые могут вызывать данный симптом, в идеале - устранить его. Елена Ивановна на первом приеме провела тщательный осмотр и диагностику, порекомендовала ряд дополнительных исследований. Вернувшись с результатами, я получила достаточно подробные комментарии и рекомендации по адаптации к моему состоянию. Несмотря на то, что по результатам обследования стало понятно, что избавление от моей проблемы представляется маловероятным, мне стало заметно спокойнее от понимания ситуации. Понравилось человеческое отношение, стремление врача глубоко разобраться в ситуации (я - достаточно сложный пациент с рядом сопутствующих заболеваний). Достаточная продолжительность приема, чтобы обсудить с врачом детали, задать вопросы.
