Позвонил в контактный центр с целью уточнить стоимость хранения шин. Сначала заказал обратный звонок. Ок, хорошо. Звонок генерится криво, я за свои деньги еще и ждать должен, пока оператор ответит. Ладно, стерпим. Далее выясняют из какого города я звоню. Ок, из Москвы. Задаю вопрос по хранению сразу, по адресу Сколковское шоссе 31. Спрашивают, как ко мне обращаться. Ответьте, прошу, сколько будет стоить хранение. Переспрашивают, по какому адресу хочу услугу. Повторяю. Девица ставит разговор на с екундное удержание, включается. Сопит, видимо на сайте ищет ответ. Да я и сам это могу сделать!!!! Снова переспрашивает, где удобно получить услугу. Повторяю. Снова секундное удержание, музыка. Опять сопение. Что ж ты такая. Отбой, стало интересно уже, звоню. Оператор Андрей. Здравствуйте. Сразу с ходу спрашиваю, сколько будет стоить хранение шин с дисками на Сколковском 31? Ответ: из какого города вы звоните. Занавес. Либо аутсорсеры бестолковые, либо они скрипты, как попки, приучены исполнять, но не строится так качественное обслуживание, когда оно клиентов бесит. Простой вопрос не могут решить в течение 10 минут. – показать

30 апреля 2016Добрый день. В середине апреля переобувался в привычном уже филиале «На колесах.ру», т.к. живу рядом, по моему механик Евгений вообще без выходных работает!!! Менеджер был другой, если не ошибаюсь, Вадим, вежливый, доброжелательный. Попал то ли под акцию, то ли еще подо что, ценник на переобувку был смешной) Балансировку сделали качественно, выражаю благодарность всему рабочему коллективу данного сервисного центра. Уважаемые руководители!!! Давайте выходные механикам, они руками р аботают, очень устают, но работу выполняют четко, так, что не придраться!!! – показать
