Отвратительное отношение к клиенту! Неделю назад заказала поверку счетчика! Мастер, который был назначен договорился со мной через 2 дня и заболел. Предупредил. А вот, операторы обо мне забыли и другой мастер мне не звонит. Звоню я и объясняю ситуацию. Обещают, что в вызодные мастер приедет, предварительно позвонив мне. Сейчай воскресенье, 15 марта 2020, 15:56. Никто и не собирался мне звонить, я сама набрала оператору! К сведению, сегодня в 08:00 утра мне следали поверку из другой компании, с которой я созвонилась вчеоа вечером!!!! Позор! Не советую сюда обращаться!!!!

Поставила эта компания нам счётчики. Потекли прокладки уже во второй год. Позвонили им, вызов для устранения протечки 1000р. При этом мастер даже не перезвонил ни в тот же ни на следующий день. Все что не протечка они оценивают в отдельную стоимость. То есть их не квалифицированные мастера стоят золотые горы, а переделывать всё равно придется. С претензиями не работают вообще. В итоге, пришлось искать других опломбировщиков. Этих в топку
