Я заходила в эту контору по поводу оформления договора дарения квартиры. С порога спросили "А что, у вас есть все документы? Вам надо справки пособирать." - "Какие справки?" - "Ну сходить в ЕИРЦ, в МФЦ, произвести оценку" - "Вы можете выдать полный список?" - "Обращайтесь к риэлтору". В результате, позвонив в Росреестр и сходив в МФЦ, я поняла, что, как и положено по нынешнему законодательству (2015 год), ведомства не требуют никаких справок друг от друга. Мне нужно было просто составить договор, и заверять у нотариуса необязательно, и уж тем более не нужны справки. В общем, отказ от предоставления списка документов для получения их услуги - это для меня достаточное основание, чтобы больше в эту контору ни ногой.
