Раньше проблем с магазином не было, после заказа через сайт, всегда перезванивал менеджер, уточнялись детали и не смотря на политику 50% предоплаты, ВСЕГДА производил 100% оплату по получению в офисе. 23 мая сделал заказ несколько позиций на сумму 5377р. (клиентский номер 2623, номер заказа 20), звонка не было и сегодня 28 мая заказ был снят. Я позвонил в офис с недоумением, на что мне было сказано, что, оказывается, я не оплатил предоплату и должен сам звонить в офис уточнять детали и не такой уж я постоянный клиент, о как! Менеджер гнул свою линию и даже не пытался как то разрулить ситуацию, очевидно магазину с некоторой поры постоянные клиенты и деньги не нужны. Кстати, обратной связи с руководством магазина на сайте нет, а звонить в магазин с подобным вопросам желания нет. Этот магазин не рекомендую.

Александр, извиняемся за то что сильно огорчили Вас. Действительно ранее всем ОН-ЛАЙН клиентам зарегистрированным на нашем сайте mystore1.ru, оповещение о том что ЗАКАЗ поступает в работу после ПРЕДОПЛАТЫ происходило на почту, а так же в личном кабинете на заказ устанавливался статус "ОЖИДАЕТ ОПЛАТЫ". Мы исправились, впредь менеджеры по каждому заказу обязательно дополнительно оповещают по телефону. Так же рады сообщить, что мы изменили условия, теперь предоплата требуется 30% вместо 50% и только на заказные позиции с ЦЕНТРАЛЬНЫХ СКЛАДОВ (со сроком поставки более 2 раб.дней).
