В 23:00 попросил очередную чашку кофе,в ответ получил неожиданный ответ "кофемашина отключена" - сидеть будем ещё час, соответственно сидим не за пустым столом и чек растет,но все равно кофе сделать не могут! Друзья попросили всё таки запустить чудо кофе машину и сделать товарищу напиток,но почему я за деньги должен упрашивать сделать напиток??? Какая здесь клиенто ориентированность,позор и беда с таким коллективом! Напиток мне сделали,но сам факт "выпрашивания" запомнился,к сожалению!(

Хотели посидеть пару часиков, в итоге остались до закрытия. Не только потому что кальяны здесь пушка, кальянных пруд пруди. А вот атмосфера, интерьер, музыка — это то, что нам нужно. Плюс очень хорошо работает вытяжка. При почти полной посадке в зале не накуренно. Очень уютное и атмосферное заведение на рязанском проспекте! Спасибо вам! Рекомендую!

Когда там бывает полная посадка? Как ни зайдёшь — максимум 3 столика заняты, в основном малолетками

Нравится данное заведение за:-тактичное и приятное общение персонала с клиентами;-уютная атмосфера позволяет иногда забежать и поработать;-кальянный мастер помогает с выбором кальянчика.
