Планировали провести ремонт в трешке, с обустройством шумоизоляции на стенах. Ребят нашел через поиск в интернете. Созвонились, вечером приехал мастер, выслушал все хотелки по ремонту и срокам. На следующий день мне прислали смету. Все устроило. По ремонту - обговоренные сроки ремонта были соблюдены, ежедневный контроль со стороны прораба за рабочим процессом, все хлопоты с закупкой черновых материалов ребята берут на себя, равно как и вывоз мусора. Было, что в ходе ремонта возникали недопонимания по поводу монтажа или отделки некоторых участков, но ситуации быстро разрешались. После завершения всех работ, через некоторое время, выявились небольшие недостатки, которые в достаточно короткие сроки были устранены по гарантии. На очереди, в ближайшей перспективе отделка лоджии, ремонт кухни, ванной и второго балкона. Еще раз спасибо за проделанную работу!
