Хорошее сало в Москве днём с огнём не сыщешь. Раньше покупал в супермаркетах и неизменно разочаровывался: вкус пережжёный что ли, очень жирный и мяса чуть-чуть. Вечером за кружечкой пива сидели у коллеги, который принёс нам тарелку со снеками, на которой возлежало «оно» — сало мечты. В котором и жира, и мяса было в самый раз, вкус отличный и приятный копченый аромат. Спросил у него, где брал такую вкусную штуку, сказал, что в Мясницком ряду. Проходя мимо их ларька как-то взял себе домой граммов 300 копчёного сала. Да, это было оно! Шпик с прослойками мяса тает во рту. Очень вкусно. – показать
