Отвратительный магазин. Заказ оставили в пятницу, ни в понедельник, ни во вторник никто не связался, пришлось звонить самим. Полусонным голосом продавец сообщил, что он "забыл" сказать, что гитары нет в наличии. Просим порекомендовать аналог, предлагает гитары другой фирмы, выбрали три разных, из которых в наличии только одна и то "дефектная". Спрашиваю, собственно, какую же тогда гитару взять, на что следует ответ: " я сто раз уже сказал, их нет, что есть,то есть". Просили представиться- отказ, типа "не заслужили знать его имя". Вашего продавца, очевидно, не учили, как нужно говорить с покупателем, и точно не научили разбираться в ассортименте, который и без того скудный.

Шарашкина контора. Позвонила чтобы узнать точные характеристики товара. Менеджер долго мычал в трубку то да, то нет. Когда попросила проверить точно, заявил что ему делать больше нечего заниматься такими глупостями.

Если не ошибаюсь, этот магазин был лет 15 назад. Был там не плохой продавец, играл на гитаре. Заходил к нему под пивком. Он включал мне клавиши, а сам брал гитару. И мы играли блюз. Но если это тот самый магазин. Давно там не был.

Магазин дрянной, чего уж там. Цены неактуальны, онлайн-формы заказа не работают, доставка не рассчитывается, наличие товара не проверяется, менеджеры мелким заказчикам не звонят. Тоска, короче. Работать с магазами, не представленными в Яндекс. Маркете по бытовой технике — вобще смысла нету.

Магазин хуже некуда, заказываешь товар по скидке, товара нет, спрашиваешь товар по телефону, он есть но цена дороже, один обман, не советую даде заходить на сайт и тратить свои нервы..!!!!!!!
